Wonderful hotel, fairly clean, with attentive staff who give excellent service. Big room overall, with an outdoor jacuzzi. Marvellous, favourable location just next door to a shop and the main shopping mall in Siem Reap. Also, in center of Siem Reap nearby all interesting places.

This place is super clean, breakfast is amazing, and you can't beat the location - it's right next to the royal residence. the restaurant, spa, and other shops nearby make it very convenient. It's smack dab in the heart of the city, so everything is within reach! 🌟

I loved the location of this hotel as it was easily accessible on foot to everything, including the national museum. The food in the restaurant was amazing, and I was surprised by the quality of service. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic.

The room was super clean and just right, and the breakfast was really good. the bed was amazingly comfy and the staff were awesome! 😊

the service was outstanding, making me feel like a VIP guest. the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa lounge were the perfect spots to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the room was spacious and well-decorated, equipped with exclusive facilities like an open-air bath and private sauna.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the sun loungers in the garden area were a bit uncomfortable for me. Nevertheless, this did not prevent me from enjoying the beautiful surroundings and elegant atmosphere of this exquisite hotel.

The rooms are spacious and some even come with balconies, perfect for enjoying the view. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the beautiful courtyard with fairy lights to the delicious breakfast spread that includes both Asian and Western options. Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal, with a new mall just across the street and plenty of eateries nearby.

We stayed at J7 for a few days and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was perfect, with a stunning view of the pool from our balcony. The beds were large and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, and the surprise bottle of complimentary red wine and cheese was a lovely touch. We appreciated the abundance of sockets in the room and the extra storage space for our belongings.

Great complementary food and strategically located the food offered for free in the hotel was delicious and plentiful. the location was also perfect, close to a lot of interesting places to visit. the hotel lobby decorations were great and made the place look fantastic.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Siem Reap. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even arranged a private tour of Angkor Wat for us, which was a highlight of our trip. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, perfect for a honeymoon. The swimming pool was a peaceful oasis and the breakfast had a great variety of options. Despite a minor issue with the water pressure in the shower, we had a fantastic experience overall. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to visit again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the lively city center. It made exploring the area so convenient. Secondly, the staff was amazing - always friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had modern facilities. I especially loved the rooms with balconies, offering a nice view and a place to relax.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The hotel’s location is perfect as it is situated in the heart of the city and is walking distance to all the tourist attractions. It is close to the popular pub street where you can experience the nightlife. the hotel rooms are modern, comfortable and well-decorated with beautiful views of the courtyard. the staff is super friendly and makes you feel at home with their exceptional service and delicious breakfast.

The Wi-Fi could be improved.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in the city center allows easy access to lively areas and attractions. The friendly staff provide excellent service throughout the stay.

Water pressure in the shower could be stronger, but everything else was perfect.
